Motivation Reflection
As of now, school is not hard but I am making it hard on myself by not showing up to classes and remembering to do my homework. It's sad that the reason behind my slacking is my job. I love the money I am making so even though I know I need to ask for less hours I don't because I like the amount im collection at the end of ever week. This semester has been beyond difficult I strongly believe it's because I don't like this school. That is because at whittier college I made so many friends and here their just classmates to me. I am trying my very best to finish the year off strong even if they're just C's I'll be very satisfied. Although next semester I'm promising myself to never take another 7AM class. I also hope to take a balance of easy and hard classes. I wish my life was easier to balance so I don't have to stay at a community college for too long.

Life Goals Reflection
Long-Term Goal: Own a House, Have a beautiful family of my own, Pay off loans.
Mid-Term Goal: Get my B.A and possibly a Master’s Degree.
Short-Term Goal: Save money, Get good grades
*10 years later*
Dear Elias,
Thank you for always being the biggest supporter to me with school. You have never failed to help me and lead me in the right direction. I am extremely thankful for you,Gustavo and our parents. I'd say my life has been very successful even after many defers I have managed to get back on track. It's been 5 years since I was in my second year of college I am almost 25 and my life is headed in the right direction and I'am full of happiness. I was easily able to save up so much money from working so many hours at Superior and my grades have been so high that I couldn't believe I did it on my own. Grades were so important for me and for my future that i finally realized that school was my #1 priority. After receiving my B.A and finally realizing I did still want to get a better job I enrolled to a Master's Program as I am currently working as a Crime Investigator as I have always dreamed about. Today I am in love with my best friend and together we own our beautiful home together with our beautiful children. Without your candid opinion I would be in a bigger amount of debt making it hard for me to create this life for my own children. You have always been able to show me what it's like to be thankful because of how fraternal you have shown me throughout all these years.
All my love,
Natalie

Weekly Goals Reflection
What plans did you make? Did you follow those plans? What reading strategies and study skills did you plan to use? Were you successful? Now look forward to the coming week. What adjustments do you need to make from last week to this week?
This week I didn't really schedule any plans besides working out and doing homework. My weeks tend to be filled with constant headaches because if I’m not at school then I am at work. I was successful because I did get the goals done for a little amount of time but my goal for new week is to complete the goal each day. This coming week I am beyond busy as usual with school and work and I have to squeeze in time for fun. I have many adjustments I need to make including focusing on school a lot more. The most important goal I need to continue to focus on is my health because after a while I seem to feel sick by the end of the week because I’m constantly going and when I am on empty I still have to keep going before I’m late for something. It has gotten crazy to the point where sometimes I even forget to eat which is really bad for me. Life is crazy though. If I didn't have to work right now and my parents helped me life would be much easier because I wouldn’t have to stress I could solely focus on school and my grades would be a whole lot better than they currently are this semester. My goals as of tonight for next week include staying on track with school, work, and working out, fun times and remembering to eat. Thankfully I have someone special in my life today that helps me feel less stressed out when were together.

Impact Story Reflection
Throughout
my life I have met many wonderful people and also some not so wonderful people.
Aside my life is constantly being impacted whether it’s by something huge or
even something so small. I have heard many stories throughout my life and with
all the different opportunity that have come to me. In the past I was very
passionate about being involved in the church until life got harder to balance
especially during my second year of college and having to pay for my own
things. Since my goals are focused on success I can say that a story my dad
constantly tells me about his childhood has guided me to steer my life in the
right direction.
My dad
has had a tough life and I understand why he continues to always repeat his
story and that is only to teach me that there’s always something better out in
the world you just have to work hard to reach your goal. Sadly my dad has had
to work almost all of his life and it sucks but it helped his family and if my
family needed help I would have done the same. My dad’s family is from Mexico
and they had to travel from Mexico to here because of no jobs or opportunities
seemed great to my grandmother for her children my dad and his eldest brother
pretty much helped work, help with the younger kids, and still managed to go to
school. My dad’s story is a lot more detail but I know that his story is only a
reminder to me that school is important and that he did all this to help his
family and to better himself and I should always remember to do the same for my
family, myself, and for my future children.

Life's Backpack Reflection
My Life Backpack changes throughout the week depending on how busy my schedule is going to be due to work and school. My description of my backpack would still of course be cheetah print because it's fun just as life is but it would be much bigger. Most likely 10x bigger due to all the important and useless stuff I tend to carry around in my life. Because to my huge heart for others and their feelings towards me I tend to carry around people in my life that are otherwise known as negatives in my life who do not seem to benefit me and my goals. The most important item in my backpack would of course be my family and their love. Then my friends, school books, work, and my personal phone to contact people and express myself through social medias. Since this assignment I have realized that it would be very helpful for my back to go through each week and clean out and re organize my life so that more important things could add in and the others could vanish. Life is always so complicated and confusing sometimes I just wish there was some way I could close my eyes and just see a glimpse of my life 5-7 years from now. Thankfully I'm here now and I can only do what's best for my future because of how quickly life changes I'm content but there's somethings I tend to think about often. Life is precious and perfect the way it is now even though my backpack is a little heavy.
